Out with Andy C today and almost the first bird we had was a stunning first winter Red Kite that flew strait past us low down. I scrambled to get the camera out and with no time to check settings just fired off as many as I could. Also today 1 Hen, 6 Buzzards, 1 Merlin, 1 Sparrowhawk, Kestrels, one robbing a Shortie of its catch. 6 Shorties, 1 Barn Owl, at least 5 Redshanks etc.
