Back down to 210
Unfortunatly the Marsh Tit at E.G.P. as been re-identified as a juvenile Willow Tit by an expert who did a PHD on the pair. A Wood Sandpiper a good bird for Calderdale was found at Blackstone Edge on 23rd August which was a nice concellation being the first for 26 years. 30th August, a good night out brought us Marsh Harrier, 2 Hens, 1 Peregrine, 1 Sparrowhawk, 2 Buzzards, 5 Kestrels and a Barn Owl.

At last finally got a Marsh Tit on my Calderdale list taking me to 211 for the Halifax Area. It turned up at the feeding station at Cromwell Bottom on 20th August the day of my Zeiss ht 8x42s 7th birthday.
