Out and about with SC today, not much at our first site except 1 Buzzard, 2 Nuthatch, 2 GSWPecker, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Snipe and a few Curlew.Moved on to second site and I went my way whilst Steve went his. Red Grouse everywhere even landing on the track infront of me, anyway on to proper birds, 1 Sparrowhawk, 2 Kestrels, 2 Peregrines, 1 Merlin and a Short-eared Owl were the best I could do, others included 9 Goosander, 7 Tufties, 7 LBBGs and the usual moorland waders.
